Caption: 55567 6/30/2009 Teaneck, NJ MVA WITH INJURIES: According to Lt Lad Bell, of the Teaneck Fire Department, a two car accident sent two adults, one child and one infant to the hospital for observations. Lt Bell said that that VW Jetta was traveling east on Cumberland Ave and did not see the stop sign and collided with a GMC SUV which over turned and landed up right. There was a tree in front of the stop sign and a minivan parked close to the sign as well. The driver of the Jetta was taken to the hospital and the driver in the GMC SUV along with an infant and child were also taken to the hospital. Lt Bell said that 10 years ago someone would have died in this type of accident, but now vehicles are made much safer and the child seats were properly installed which is why there were no severe injuries.
