A new set of three stop signs Wednesday Feb. 6, on Chestnut Street guard the intersection of Forest Street to protect pedestrian traffic to the Montclair Cooperative School and Ruthies Bar-B-Q & Pizza, a popular Montclair High School lunch destination. For months, students and neighbors campaigned the town council for the added stop signs.
