the Essex County -sponsored gun buy-back program Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 14 Midland Avenue in Montclair. The program offers up to $250 for guns from anyone from anywhere, in any condition, with amnesty.
